2026/2027 ACS Kindergarten Roundup Schedule
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
*Only the custodial parent or legal guardian can enroll a student.
● Record of Birth (birth certificate, passport, immigration documentation, decree of
adoption, or other court records) Must be 5 years old by August 15, 2026
● Immunization (on a Tennessee Certificate of Immunization form) and Physical Record
● Photo identification of the parent or guardian (driver’s license, passport, military ID,
etc.)
● 2 Proofs of residency (lease, mortgage statement, utility bill, etc.)
● Court documentation such as Custody/Guardianship, Order of Protection (if
applicable)

Kindergarten Out of Zone/Out of District Request
Kindergarten request for OOZ/OOD must be submitted to the Principal of the school you
wish to attend beginning April 1st until May 1st
The Principal will notify Kindergarten parents/students the first week of August.
Once you have been notified of your acceptance, you must register at that school.
If your request is denied, you must register at the school you are zoned for.
**You will not register at the requested out of zone/district school during
Kindergarten Roundup. You are asked to register at your zoned school.

and Dutch Valley Elementary from 12:15-1:30.
 A make-up date will be April 29, 2026 in the boardroom at Central Office (5 th floor, 101 S.
Main Street, Clinton, TN) from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm.
